KNIPEX StepCut
The new ease of cable cutting: innovative stepped cutting edge separates cores one after the other, saving effort.
Simple, yet ingenious: stepped cutting edges, with a milled serrated edge on the front and a flat edge on the back, separate cores and strands one after the other.
This reduces the amount of force required by up to 40 percent! The innovative cable shears cut solid Cu and Al cables up to 5 x 4 mm², fine wires up to Ø 15 mm (50 mm²).

The KNIPEX PreciStrip16 insulates the finest, flexible and solid cables quickly and precisely. The capacity range extends from 0.08 to 16 mm².
The pliers can be easily fine-tuned to special materials or temperature conditions by means of an adjustment wheel.
Precise cutting of the insulation is guaranteed by parabolic stripping blades. Half-round metal holding jaws with a comb profile provide the perfect grip.

Crimps wire-end ferrules from 0.14 to 16 mm² - from any direction!
The Twistor16 not only crimps single cables with all common cross-sections up to 16 mm², but also twin wire-end ferrules up to 2 x 6 mm².
It crimps ferrules up to 16 mm in length in a single operation.
Longer wire-end ferrules can be crimped thanks to the crimping form that is accessible from both sides (no depth limit!) by simply pushing the ferrule in for a second crimping stroke.
