FETRA ESD TRANSPORT TROLLEYS AND TRANSPORT EQUIPMENT
All ESD transport trolleys are powder coated in RAL 7015 slate gray with conductive properties. The shelves are made of electrically conductive derived wooden board according to DIN 68765 in light gray.
Special ESD TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) castors also contribute to optimum conductivity. Those are an in-house fetra development. Due to the hubs equipped with precision deep groove ball bearings, the castors offer many advantages on plane floors and are characterized by a low rolling resistance. These are odorless and non-marking.
The fetra ESD trolleys are equipped with brakes on the swivel castors (according to EN 1757-3 - safety of platform trolleys).

A large percentage of the fetra transport equipment is designed as a modular system. The system parts are simply plugged together and screwed to the trolley. Thanks to many additional options, there is the right version for every purpose. Thus, the fetra MultiVario system can be changed, exchanged and supplemented in many different ways. Due to this fetra plug-in and screw principle with 2-point bearing, the stability is in equal to a welded construction!
The surface of the transport equipment is perfectly prepared using a shot peening process. This elaborate process guarantees perfect adhesion of the powder coating. The used powder is solvent-free and has a very high mechanical and chemical resistance. This high-quality finish guarantees durability and a lasting excellent appearance.
