Ecotile also pays a lot of attention to the topic of covid 19. That's why special floor tiles have been developed that present the most important rules simply and clearly.
The E500/5 floor tile is the entry level version of the interlocking industrial tile range from Ecotile Flooring Ltd. The 5mm thick tile is particularly suitable for commercial and domestic use, as well as light industrial applications. Please note that the E500/5 is not recommended for use with fork or regular pallet truck traffic.
The tile is ideal for the following applications:
• Schools• Shops• Offices• Exhibitions• Utility Rooms• Assembly Workshops
In most cases, the E500/7 can be installed without a damp proof membrane, screed or an adhesive (significantly reducing VOC emissions, installation time and cost)The E500/7 tile is injection moulded using virgin PVC that has excellent wear characteristics, chemical resistance, long-term stability and stable electrical properties. This tile is not suitable for outdoor use.Designed to cope with heavy vehicle and fork lift truck traffic, Ecotile offers good thermal and acoustic insulation and excellent resistance to impact and vibration.
• Factories & Warehouses• Railway Stations & Airports• Shops & Offices• Schools & Colleges• Garages & Workshops• Exhibitions & Point of Sale• Sports & Leisure Facilities• Prisons, Police & Fire Stations
These ultra-heavy duty interlocking floor tiles are exceptionally tough, resistant to impact, heavy loads and high traffic movements. They are the highest specification tile we produce and, as with the entire range, are designed to be loose laid and therefore quick and simple to install. The e500/10 can be used to repair and protect busy warehouse and factory flooring where access time is limited. The 10mm tile is recommended for use in areas where heavier fork trucks, aisle stackers or narrow aisle trucks are used or where HGVs will be executing tight manoeuvres or rotating wheels whilst stationary.
• Engineering Plants• Passenger Terminals• Warehouses• Commercial Garages• Free Weights Areas• Fire Stations• Power Stations• Distribution Centres• Aircraft Hangar
An Ecotile ESD floor offers protection against electrostatic discharge - it is antistatic and thus conductive. The ESD floor tiles are available in 5 mm and 7 mm thickness and can be used in many different areas.
For which rooms is ESD flooring suitable?
Our ESD floor tiles are a static dissipative or conductive flooring system designed for use in areas where components or individuals need to be protected from the risk of electrostatic damage. This includes electronic sub-assembly areas or facilities where combustible/explosive materials are handled, typically in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Ecotile ESD is guaranteed to meet DIN EN 61340 and to be IEC 61340 compliant. The resistance to ground falls <10^6 ohm.
